One membership, $199 for the year, honored at Arlington and Annandale. No tiers, no monthly billing, no surprises.
Your card
One card, honored at both shops
Every member gets a Car Care Membership card. Present it at either front desk — Arlington on Columbia Pike or Annandale on Ravensworth Road. Your benefits are tied to your vehicle's VIN, so if you leave the card at home we can still pull up your membership.

The fine print
What the membership does and does not cover
We would rather you read this now than find out at the counter. Ask your service advisor anything that is not clear.
12-month term
Valid exactly 12 months (365 days) from the date of purchase, and it expires on the anniversary date. Unused services and discounts do not roll over.
One vehicle, non-transferable
The membership is tied to the VIN registered at purchase. If you sell, trade, or total the vehicle it is void, and it cannot move to another vehicle or another person.
Non-refundable
The membership fee is non-refundable once purchased.
Oil change surcharges
Included oil changes cover up to 5 quarts of full synthetic and a standard spin-on filter. Vehicles needing more than 5 quarts, specialty manufacturer oil, or a premium cartridge filter pay the difference in parts and fluid.
Parts must come from us
The 15% labor discount applies only when we supply all the parts. It does not apply to jobs using customer-supplied parts.
What the labor discount covers
Repair labor only. It does not apply to parts, tires, taxes, sublet work, or advanced diagnostics, and it cannot be stacked with coupons, mailers, or other promotions.
Priority, not a guarantee
Membership gets you priority care. It does not guarantee immediate walk-in service — standard appointment scheduling still applies.
Severe commercial use excluded
We reserve the right to end a membership without refund for attempted fraud, repeated abuse of our staff, or severe commercial duty such as heavy towing or fleet delivery.
